1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllFans ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using AllFans, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Tickets & Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy. Tickets are issued as NFTs on the Base or Arc blockchains. Ownership of a ticket NFT constitutes your right to attend the corresponding event, subject to venue terms and capacity limits.

The Platform facilitates transactions between buyers and event organizers. AllFans is not the seller of tickets and is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or organizer conduct.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent ticket purchase limits or presale protections
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or manipulate the Platform

5. Tokenomics & Staking

$FANS is a utility and governance token. It is not an investment vehicle. Staking yields are subject to pool parameters and may change. Participation in tokenomics features is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AllFans shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost funds due to smart contract bugs, network congestion, or user error.
